WHO CAN PLAY
Any members can arrange to play singles matches. Doubles play is now permitted as long as you remain 2 metres apart as far as possible. If you want to play doubles you need to organise your own 4 players.
LIMITING TRANSMISSION OPPORTUNITIES
Always observe the 2m rule, especially in the club house.
Do not let the nets down.
If possible, use your own balls, if this is not possible, take a tin from the tennis room and keep them for your next visit (the balls in the tennis room are probably over 6 weeks old so may be substandard). Do not put them back.
Mark your own balls and use only those to serve. Do not touch other people's balls.
If you choose to use shared balls then extra care must be taken to ensure you do not touch your face during play and you should clean your hands before play and immediately after finishing (use alcohol gel if required).
If you need to use the toilet facilities, remember these are communal. Soap and consumables have been stocked but bring spare. The hot water is on.
Bring sanitiser and wipes and please wipe all surfaces you or your clothes have been in contact with.
At the moment there are no organised or open club sessions.
Individual coaching can also start and in order to make this workable for the club, we have asked Sean (coach) to use the rear court only to which he has priority.
